Price Quotes
Price quotes are good for 30 days from the date on the estimate form.  In the event of a price change, every effort will be made to notify the customer in advance.

Artwork
The customer will be contacted to review an art proof prior to production of any finished products.  We provide the proof at no charge and will make corrections until the artwork meets the customers’ approval.  The customer is responsible to check for spelling errors, pricing errors, etc.  A+ Graphics regrets any errors that may occur, but can not be held responsible and will assume no financial liability for errors once the artwork has been approved.  Changes to the artwork can not be made verbally.  Clearly handwritten corrections and changes via email will be accepted. 

Samples
Samples for most items we produce can be provided for review.  We do not provide samples on custom printed or embroidered garments.  Samples may be subject to a charge at the customers’ expense. 

Rush Service
A+ Graphics has a typical 2 week turn around for all production which begins when the artwork gets approved.  During certain times this standard time may be longer or shorter that the 2 week period (ex: Holidays, Sports Seasons, etc.).  Customers that require production in less time will be charged 15% of the total order as a rush charge. 

Cancellation
A cancelled order that is already in production will be charged a cancellation fee based on the amount of work that has been completed at the time the order is cancelled.  We will not cancel an order via telephone.  The only person that can cancel an order is the person that placed the original order. In order to cancel an order, that customer must do so in writing or in person.  Cancellations can not be made via telephone.

Trademarks and Copyrights
A+ Graphics assumes the customer has permission to use all registered logos, graphics, etc.  The customer agrees to assume any and all responsibility and liability resulting from trademark, registration mark or copyright infringement actions brought against A+ Graphics.

Payment Terms
For customers without established credit with us, a 50% deposit of the total order is required before beginning production.  Payment in full is due upon receipt of finished orders. All invoices will include sales tax unless a tax exempt form is presented before final payment.  Once an order has been paid in full, there will be no refunds of the sales tax on that order.

Right to Promotion
A+ Graphics reserves the right to use any products produced for advertising/promotional purposes unless otherwise specified by the customer at the time of the order.  These products are not for resale and are not endorsements for the customers in any way.
